SG SPORTS RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
- All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by theĀ return/exchange form
- All sales are final on clearance/sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange. A handling fee in the amount of $10.00 will be charged forĀ items that are ineligible for returns/exchanges mailed to SG Sports.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects. Refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective merchandise. If used item are mailed to SG Sports, the package will be mailed back to the customer. The customer is responsible forĀ new shipping cost and aĀ $10.00 handling fee.
- All merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase, after which all sales are final.
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment minus any shipping cost SG Sports incurred to ship the original order.Ā

You may also have us process the entire exchange for you by writing in the desired item on our exchange form (below), however be aware product sells out fast and exact replacements are not always possible.

Any unmarked box orĀ wrappingĀ will work! Please don't stickĀ shipping labels directly on the skate box. Items on clearance/sale not eligible for return or exchange.
